Checklist decisions by Hugo Campos, October 30, 2026, 17:26 (included in release 225439b)
Implementation status, October 30: Hugo subsequently chose "Use the corrected set." All ten corrections are accepted for document-based drafts; unresolved evidence and conflicts remain. The local data and renderers now use the corrected checklist. Release 225439b was committed, pushed and deployed. A fresh browser check confirmed the corrected counts and OpenKP at Expands, 10/12. The original four decisions below are preserved.
To be written into the decision record, rubric and framework page as a dated method revision when the checklist results are published.
- Expands requires that the patient runs the tool (question 11), even when the AI model is in the cloud. A tool that fails question 11 stops at Leans expands, whatever its other answers. Hugo's reasoning: no AI truly expands agency unless the patient builds and runs it; the closest point that exists is a tool the patient runs.
- The twelve-question checklist is adopted as the measure behind the zone bar on every tool, replacing the five-zone rule of O6b. It runs on all 59 tools; results go to Hugo before publication.
- Conflict rule for the checklist: a model may answer the checklist for a tool built on its maker's model. The profile discloses it, and the other company's model confirms those answers before publication.
- ChatGPT Health is scored twice, free plan and paid plan, shown separately on one profile, with the plan named.
Accepted correction set and limits
Hugo accepted the ten Astra corrections on October 30, 2026, with the instruction "Use the corrected set." Current results and accepted correction ledger (project record, not published) record the result. The ten corrections initially moved OpenKP to Leans expands. The subsequent GitHub evidence follow-up changes Q2 to yes and restores Expands at 10/12. The accepted Q12 correction remains no. No tool now changes zone relative to the original twelve-question table. Hugo has not personally verified any service. Independent confirmation is still incomplete; retain draft labels, unverified answers and conflict disclosures.
Accepted Expands follow-up, October 30, 2026, evening
Hugo authorized applying the recommendation, committing and pushing it. This accepts MAIA Q12 no and preserves OwnChart Q12 as unresolved. It does not accept every proposal in the earlier Expands review.
- MAIA: Q12 changes from yes to no. The count becomes 10/12, Expands. Its public FAQ promotes a credited hosting referral; the DigitalOcean host also documents advertising. This is not a finding that MAIA sells health records. The FAQ covers the older full edition, so the host policy is recorded separately.
- OwnChart: remains 12/12, Expands, provisional. Q10 has documentary support for the shipped Anthropic API path. Q12 remains explicitly unresolved: general provider marketing does not establish advertising within OwnChart or commercial use of its API health-record content. The proposed 11/12 downgrade was not adopted.
- Fight Health Insurance: remains 10/12, Expands. Public installation and backend documentation support Q11. No installation or production-parity test occurred. The documented Azure OpenAI option is added to the conflict disclosure; it is not proof that every production request uses OpenAI.
- Fetch My Epic Token: remains 10/12, Expands, provisional, pending a decision separating the non-AI retrieval utility from the suggested Gemini workflow. The earlier 9/12 calculation was conditional, not an accepted reassessment.
Q12's treatment of provider-wide account/website marketing versus advertising or data use in the assessed workflow still needs a consistent directory-wide clarification. No broader rule change is adopted here. Preserve the existing OpenKP assessment; its external README wording remains a separate, unimplemented recommendation.
All category totals remain 6 Constrains, 3 Leans constrains, 19 Mixed, 21 Leans expands, 7 Expands and 3 Not assessed. All fifteen original independent-review flags remain open, and 37 yes answers still lack stored quotations. Later documentary support is recorded separately from independent confirmation. Hugo has personally verified no service.
