HugoScore reviews health AI by asking the same CAIHL-derived questions for every tool. Who does it serve? Who controls it? Do patients get more say in their care, or less?
What We Look For
Each profile asks what patients can see. It asks whether they can choose, question, or correct the tool. It also asks how data is used and what evidence supports the claims.
Review Status
Most profiles are AI-assisted public-source drafts. Human review, model provenance, confidence, and limitations are recorded when known; otherwise the profile should be treated as unverified and open to correction.
