Every tool submitted to HugoScore and what was decided, including submissions that did not become profiles. Absence from the directory is never a silent judgment.
Scope test
How a tool qualifies
A tool is in scope when a model makes a judgment or estimate, the output bears on a person's body, health data, care, coverage, or a health decision, and there is a nameable route to what a patient understands, decides, or can act on. Invisible AI used on patients counts. Commercial status, regulatory status, and clinical setting are findings inside a profile, not entry requirements.
A decision here is a judgment about scope, not a finding about the tool. An out-of-scope entry means the tool falls outside what HugoScore reviews. It says nothing about whether the tool is good, safe, or worth using. Submitter names, email addresses, and note text are never published.

Protein Buddy In scope, not queued
Clears the scope test through one narrow pathway: the onboarding quiz raises the daily protein target for people taking GLP-1 medications, and the vendor directs users to confirm the target with their prescriber. Better handled inside a category brief on GLP-1 adjacent consumer AI than as a standalone profile.
